Shot Blasting Machine
The Y-Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine is industrial equipment used for surface preparation and cleaning of large metal components. It uses a Y-shaped hanging system where components are mounted on hangers and smoothly transported through the blasting chamber.
Inside the chamber, high-speed abrasive particles are blasted onto the components to remove rust, scale, old coatings, and surface contaminants. This shot blasting process ensures thorough and uniform cleaning.
Along with cleaning, the process creates a controlled rough surface texture. This improves adhesion for further processes such as painting, powder coating, or other surface treatments.
The machine is designed for continuous operation and high productivity. It is ideal for processing castings, forgings, welded structures, and fabricated components in high-volume production environments.
