Suction Blast Cabinet
Cabinet-Type Shot Blasting Machines are fully enclosed systems designed for safe and controlled surface treatment. Components are placed on a movable work cart inside a sealed chamber, allowing the operator to perform blasting operations from outside using built-in gloves.
These machines support different blasting technologies based on application needs. Suction blast cabinets are suitable for light-duty cleaning and surface preparation. Pressure blast cabinets deliver high-velocity abrasive flow for removing heavy rust, scale, and tough coatings. Wet blast cabinets use a water-abrasive mixture, ensuring dust-free operation and gentle treatment of delicate or precision parts.
All cabinet models are equipped with efficient abrasive media recycling systems and advanced dust collection units to maintain a clean working environment. Adjustable blasting controls allow precise surface finishing and consistent results.
