Shot Blasting Machine
The machine is specially designed for surface preparation of large structural components such as I-beams, H-beams, PEB structures, channels, angles, and steel plates.
As the components move through the system on a motorized roller conveyor, they enter a blasting chamber where high-speed blast wheels propel abrasive media onto the surface.
This powerful blasting action effectively removes rust, mill scale, and old paint, creating a clean and uniformly roughened surface.
The treated surface is ideal for further processes like painting, welding, or coating, ensuring strong adhesion and long-lasting protection.
With high throughput capacity and consistent blasting quality, this machine is perfectly suited for heavy-duty structural steel processing and demanding industrial applications.
